Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of the Peach Bottom Units 2 & 3 Operating Licenses.
This Application requests revisions to the Peach Bottom Technical Specifications relating to operability and surveillance requirements for the scram discharge volume vent and drain isolation valves.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's Regulations, a check in the amount of $4,400.00 is enclosed to cover the fee for this Application.
