50-328 SEQUOYAll NUCLEAR PLANT (5Qh) - TL.7:!NICAL FPECIFICATION (TC) C: LANCE 91-11, BASES CliANCE We are enclosing a requested amendment to the TS bases of SQN Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change to the bases will revise sections related to the pisut saf ety limits Limiting Condition !or Operation (LCO) 3.0.3, emergency core cooling system accumulators, and the auxiliary feedwater system.
These changes are meant to provide clarification to the Th bases.
Please note that the bases change for the safety limits was an oversight in TS Cht.nge 91-08, Core 0perating Limits Report (COLR), that was sutmitted on May 24, 1991.
TVA requests that it be processed with the C011 IS change.
The proposed TS bases change is identified in Enclosure 1.
The justification for the proposed TS bases change is provided in Enclosare 2.
