OFFICE REVIEW AND CONCURRENCE ON A FINAL RULE:

10 CFR PARTS 30, 40, 70, AND 72, " MINOR CORRECTIONS" We hav,e reviewed the minor corrections made to remedy several erroneous cross references noted in 10 CFR Parts 30, 40, 70, and 72. Accordingly, we have concurred on the final' rule that corrects the cross reference errors found in il 30.36, 40.42, 70.38, and 72.54, which are all titled " Expiration and termination of licenses and decommissioning of sites and separate buildings or outdoor areas."
