Dear Mr. Hunger:
Your October 6, 1997, letter forwarded updated Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library (DPL) information to us in accordance with Title ~ 10 of the Code'of Fede 11 Reoulations, Part SQ, Appendix E,Section VI.3.a.
You indicated t,.t you implemented data point changes, but failed to submit the
. changes to us on the docket within 30 days as Appendix E requires.
,We have reviewed your data point changes and find that the information you provided is incomplete, and is not in the format required for full use in the Emergency Response Data System. The information required for DPL changes is outlined in NUREG-1394, Rev. 1.
Appendices C through I provide the necessary format and background information for submitting DPL information. Also, you did not indicate whether the data points identified in the enclosure to your letter are points to L,e added to the original DPLs, or if these points are to replace currently existing points in your DPLs.
Please send us a corrected data point listing.
