This is in reference to the special inspection conducted by Messrs. A. Gautam and R. Smeenge of this office on March 24-25, 1986 of activities at Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 authorized by NRC licenses No. DPR-19 and DPR-25, reports No. 50-237/86006(DRS);50-249/86009(DRS).
Due to an administrative error, the second item of the report number (50-249/86009) is a duplicate and is incorrect. The correct report number is (50-249/86021).
Please make " pen and ink" corrections of this error as appropriate on the cover page and page 5 of the subject report.
