Emergency Preparedness Exercise
.This is to acknowledge your letter of March 20, 1986, in which you furnished I
us with your 1986 Annual Emergency Plan Exercise Scope and Objectives. We have reviewed your scope and objectives and find them appropriate.
In an April 2, 1986 telephone conversation with Mr. Phil Dooley of your staff, he indicated that you were also including the following exercise objective:
" Demonstrate the ability of emergency response personnel'to provide adequate turnovers and transfer of responsibilities in accordance with EPIP's."
We concur with this addition to the exercise objectives.
