2.0 PROCEDURE M2.e' 2.1 When drawings or other documents are received, they areh on the computer files.

2.2 When a new revision to a document is received, the dis-tribution to the old document will be checked, and as a minimum, that distribution will always be assigned to the new document.

This will not only ensure that a recipient receives all revisions to a document, but will also ensure that no recipient is left with superceded documents in his files.

2.3 Whenever possible, "same distribution" should be used when creating new revisions to documents that have been distributed.

2.4 Drawing related information to be entered into the computer data base shall be read from either aperture cards or from the drawing itself.

2.5 Text related information to be entered into the computer data base shall be read directly from the document hard copy. These text items include specifications, procedures and technical
