NPDES Permits 82-14 Addendtsn to Permit 82-14 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Provisional Operating License DPR-13 Pursuant to the requirements of Appendix A, Section 6.16.2.c of the Provisional Operating License for San Onofre Unit 1, this submittal provides the required 30-day notification with regard to approval of a second Addendum i
to an NPDES permit for Unit 1.
The second Addendum to Order No. 82-14 was adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego Region on March 24, 1986 and was received by the Southern California Edison Company on June 26, 1986. The enclosed copy is being submitted within 30 days of receipt of the documents by Southern California Edison.
