Transmitted herewith is the above subject revised preliminary report.
The preliminary report documents EG&G Idaho's evaluation of the licensee and applicant actions in response to the NRC Generic Letter 83-28, Item 3.1.3 (post maintenance testing) and 3.2.3 (post maintenance testing of reactor trip system components). This revised preliminary report reflects new information for the Wolf Creek plant.
Based on the licensee and applicant submittals, we conclude that with the exception of Trojan all licensees and applicants conform to the generic letter on these items.
