We have reviewed the change and have determined that it is acceptable.
Accordingly, pages 2.6, 2.9, 2.13, 4.12, 4.21, 4.26, 4.29, 6.5, 6.6, 7.0 and 7.1 transmitted by letter dated August 2,1989 are incorporated into Safeguards Amendment SG-3, License Condition 1.1, of License No. SNM-1107.
We have determined that the enclosures to your August 2,1989 letter contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.70(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless sL5 ject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
