1 O CFR 72.48 Evaluation Summary Report The purpose of this letter is to submit the initial biennial report of changes, tests, or experiments, performed by Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) for the Byron Station (Byron) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI), as required by 10 CFR 72.48, "Changes, tests, and experiments," paragraph (d)(2). Subsequent reports will be provided within an interval of 24 months, as required by 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2).
This report addresses the period from November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2022.
There were no 1 O CFR 72.48 Evaluations performed for the Byron ISFSI during this period. Thus, no 10 CFR 72.48 Evaluation summaries are provided.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
