NUSCALE POWER, LLC - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DISPUTED NOTICE OF VIOLATION - NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION INSPECTION REPORT 05200050/2024-201
Dear Ms. Fosaaen:
This letter acknowledges your May 10, 2024 letter (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24131A153) that provided a response to U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report 05200050/2024-201, issued on April 12, 2024 (ADAMS Accession No. ML24099A129), concerning activities conducted at your facility in Corvallis, OR.
The response letter indicated that NuScale Power, LLC is contesting Notice of Violation 05200050/2024-201-01. The NRC will carefully review the basis for our initial conclusions along with any new information provided in your letter to confirm the validity of the violation.
Accordingly, we will inform you as soon as we complete our evaluation.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System component of the NRC's ADAMS.
