RESPONSE TO LETTER LES-22-078, EXTENSION REQUEST FOR RESPONSE TO INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 70-3103/2022001
Dear Mr. Padgett:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed the Louisiana Energy Services (LES), doing business as URENCO USA (UUSA), letter Extension Request for Response to Integrated Inspection Report 70-3103/2022001, dated May 19, 2022, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML22144A177), requesting a two-week extension to provide a response to one Severity Level IV Non-Cited Violation (NCV) documented in a recent inspection report (ADAMS Accession No. ML22119A057). Based on the review, the NRC staff concludes that a response extension to June 13, 2022, is acceptable.
