In the letter dated June 28, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) issued to Holtec International and Holtec Decommissioning International (HDI) the conforming amendments for Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) and Big Rock Point Plant (BRP) (Reference 1) that reflected the orders issued in the December 13, 2021, relating to license transfers for those facilities (Reference 2). USNRC requested that all parties sign the amendments and return one copy of each including all signatures to the NRCs Document Control Desk as proof of acceptance. to this letter contains the signed Indemnity Agreement B-40 for PNP to document acceptance of Amendment No.13 and Indemnity Agreement B-22 for BRP to document acceptance of Amendment No.20.
There are no regulatory commitments in this letter.

The names "Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., and Entergy Nuclear Palisades.
LLC" are deleted wherever they appear in the indemnity agreement.
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by adding :
