In accordance with the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 72.212(b)(2), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI) is providing the attached information to register the use of approved spent fuel casks at the Indian Point Energy Center Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI).
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
