NRC letter to Entergy, EA-23-071: "River Bend Station - Final Significance Determination of a White Finding, Notice of Violation, and Follow-Up Assessment Letter; NRC Inspection Report 05000458/2023092," (ADAMS Accession No ML23201A132) dated August 15, 2023
By letterdated August 15, 2023, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) determined the performance at River Bend Station (RBS) to be within the Regulatory Response Column of the NRC's Action Matrix.
In the referenced letter, the NRC announced its intent to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001 following a notification of readiness from RBS.
This letter serves as the notification of readiness for the NRC to perform the supplemental inspection at RBS.
