Request for Five Year Renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 9372 for the Model No. TN-B1 Packaging; Docket No. 71-9372
Framatome Inc. (Framatome), per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.38, formally requests a five year renewal of Certificate of Compliance 9372 for the TN-B1 packaging. The expiration date of the current certificate is April 30, 2024.
Please note that this may coincide with the amendment request pending with this packaging (EPID L-2022-LLA-0093). No other changes are requested to the certificate.
