Braidwood Station Technical Specification 3.3.3.3 states that with one or
- more of the required seismic monitors inoperable for more than 30 days, prepare and -
- submit a special report to the Commission, pursuant to specification 6.9.2 within 10-
, - days outlining the cause of the malfunction and the plans for restoring the instrument (s) to operable status, Reference b) provided this report, detalling the actions taken tore
- Instrumentation. This letter is be ng submitted in order to notify you of the comple'lon of the repair activity. The seismic monitoring system was restored to operable status-
- on August 20,1991.
