By letter dated May 3,1985, you advised Georgia Power Company that fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 (as revised June 20, 1984) were not remitted for the following submittals:
- 1. An April 4, 1985 application for relief from certain ASME Code requirements; and,
- 2. An April 16, 1985 application for scheduler exemption for outage-related Appendix R modifications.
Enclosed here in in our remittance of $300.00 for the application fees.
