NRC Initial License Post Examination Activities In accordance with 10 CFR 55 Subpart E, "Written Examinations and Operating Tests," and NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing and Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 11 , Section ES-501 , "Initial Post Examination Activities," the facility licensee shall forward examination documentation to the NRC chief examiner as soon as possible
, but not more than 20 calenda r days, after all parts of the licensing examination have been administered. Neither the facility nor candidates are challenging any written exam questions.
The following examination documentation required by NUREG-1021 ,
Section ES-501 will be separately delivered to Region Ill.
- Graded written examination with each applicant's answer sheet
- All questions asked by applicants and the answers given to the applican ts during the written examination
- Written examination seating chart Completed Form ES-403-1 , 'Written Examination Grading Quality Checkli st" Results of written examination performance analysis and substantive analysis.
