PYHSICAL SECURITY PLAN, CASE CONTROL NUMBER N5S69VA50033595 BACKGROUND: By letter dated January 27, 1995, Florida Power andlight Company submitted revision 41 to the St. Lucie Physical Security Plan under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

' EVALUATION: The enclosed represents an accurate summary of the changes made.

The revisions do not appear to lessen the effectiveness of the previously approved plan and are, therefore, acceptable for inclusion in the plan.
