Dear Ms. Young:
At the deposition of Billie P. Carde on Wednesday, August 5,1987, Mr. Roisman advised NRC that the Covernment Accountability Project was la possession of numerous allegations concerning the South Texas Project that CAP was willing to provide to the NRC (See pgs. 219-220 of the deposition).
Mr. Rolsman stated that CAP Intended to deliver those allegations to the NRC by the end of August. To date, these allegations have not been provided to us.
Please advise as soon as possible when CAP now expects to provide these allegations to the NRC.
