Section 4.1 of the SE docunented your conmitunt to provide test results concerning the adequacy of torque settings for PORY Block Valve notor operators. Your letter dated April 22, 1988 provided the subject test results. Subsequent submittals dated August 18,19P8 and September 2,1988 provided clarification of the acceptability of the test results.
We have reviewed the test results and your letter of August 18, 1988 and agree with your conclusions regarding the adequacy of the Block Valve rotor crerator torque capability. Accordingly, we have no further concerns regarding TMI Action Item II.D.1 for Millstone Unit 2 and TMI action Item II.D.1 is resolved.
