| Description | An unresolved item (URI) was identified for Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2, Technical Specification 3.16 Emergency Power System, Specific to Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) 02-EE-EG-1. The inspectors reviewed NOED 12-2-003 and related documents to determine the accuracy and consistency with the licensees assertions and implementation of the licensees compensatory measures and commitments as described above. Additional inspection is required to conduct a review of the root cause, extent of condition evaluation for EDGs #1 and #3, and planned corrective actions.
