Dear Mr. Heacock:

On February 27 - 28,2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted asecurity inspection at the Millstone Power Station Unit 1 (MS-1). The inspection examinedactivities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with theCommission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of your license. The inspectionconsisted of observations by the inspectors, interviews with personnel, and a review ofprocedures and records. The results of the inspection were discussed with William Bartron,Licensing Supervisor, and other members of your staff on February 28,2013, at the conclusionof the inspection. The enclosed report presents the results of this inspection. No findings ofsafety significance were identified.Current NRC regulations and guidance are included on the NRC's website at www.nrc.qov;select Nuclear Materials; Med, Ind, & Academic Uses; then Regulations, Guidance andGommunications.
