Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance aty additional cost through December 31, 1998.
Task Order No. 6 is hereby modified as follows:
Paragraph two of modification no. 2 dated February 10. 1997 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for Task Order No. 6 is May 19, 1995 through December 31, 1998 "
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY95 Obligation Amount: $247.962.63 Cumulative Total of-NRC Obligations: $247.962.63 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of Task' Order No. 6 remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an-official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this f4 document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract
