Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201, theattachment to this letter provides Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc.'s (DEK's) Reply toNotice of Violation, EA-14-231. Payment of the proposed civil penalty was submitted onApril 17, 2015 by electronic funds transfer.DEK requests that the attachment, which contains Security-Related Information, bewithheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
