SUBJECT: ERRATA, COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000298/2017404
Dear Mr. Dent:
Based on communications with your staff, the NRC has confirmed an error in NRC Inspection Report No. 05000298/2017404, September 11, 2017 (Agencywide Document Access Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17254A487). Specifically, the report omitted a portion of the inspection scope from the report details section. The NRC has reissued the report in its entirety to correct this error.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding," of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, the enclosed, revised report contains Security-Related Information, so the enclosed report will not be made publically available in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). If you choose to provide a response that contains Security-Related Information, please mark your entire response "Security-Related Information - Withhold from Public Disclosure Under 10 CFR 2.390" in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and follow the instructions for withholding in 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1). The NRC is waiving the affidavit requirements for your response in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii).
