Messrs. A. Luptak and R. Plasse of this office on May 1,1988 - June 17,
1988, at the J. A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Scriba, New York. Mr.
Luptak discussed the inspection findings with you and other members of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
