The purpose of the visit was to review QC procedures concerning construction of the containment building and other Class I civil structures.

The reviewed procedures, if properly implemented, should provide us with the reasonable assurance necessary to conclude that the containment building will be constructed in conformance with the requirements contained in the PSAR.
