SUBJECT: ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REPLY TO A NOTICE OF VIOLATION 05000457/2012008-01; BRAIDWOOD STATION, UNIT 2
Dear Mr. Pacilio:
This letter acknowledges the letter from Mr. Dan J. Enright, Site Vice President, Braidwood Station to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), dated October 23, 2012, which provided a response to the Notice of Violation that was issued in NRC Inspection Report 05000456/2012008; 05000457/2012008 dated September 24, 2012. We reviewed your response and find that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201, "Notice of Violation." We have no further questions at this time and will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance was achieved and maintained. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
