OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission met with representatives of the Nuclear Utility Management and Human Resources Committee (NUMARC) to be briefed on NUMARC initiatives regarding fitness for duty, engineering expertise on shift, maintenance and technical hardware issues.
The following persons participated in this briefing:
J.H. Miller, Jr., President Georgia Power Company and Chairman, NUMARC Steering Committee Warren Owen, Executive Vice President 4 puke Power Company and and Vice Chairman, NUMARC Steering Committee C.O. Woody, Vice President of Nuclear Operations Florida Power and Light and Chairman, NUMARC Working Group on Maintenance (NUMARC requested that the Commission deft - decision on SECY-85-163A, Station Blackout (USI-A44), until February 1986, at which time NUMARC input will be provided.)
