The hiillstone Unit No. 2 Core Operatine Limits Report (COLR) has been revised to incorporate the specific methodology references that cre used to deve!cp the cycle-

3 specific parameter limits used in the COLR. This revision and a proposed Technical -
Specification change to Section 6.9.1.7 will f :lfill the NRC commitment required as part -
of Amendment No.148.10 g Additionally, the figure for the Power Dependent CEA insertion Limit has been revised to index the CEA heights in steps withdrawn insiead of percent of CEA insertion. This -
change will allow the CEA Insertion Limit figure to be more readily used by the reactor operators.
