Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File: 0260/L-835.0 Diesel Generator 12 and Division 2 ECCS Declared Inoperable LER 83-020/03 L-0 AECM-83/0094 On January 15, 1983, while in shutdown, the lube oil heater on Diesel Generator 12 was found to have failed. Diesel Generator 12 and Division 2 ECCS were declared inoperable. Limiting conditions for operations were entered under Technical Specifications 3.8.1.2 and 3.5.2. The event is reported pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b. Attached is LER 83-020/03 L-0.
