CORRECTIONS TO AMENDMENT NO. 259 AND 236 (TAC NOS. MB5416 AND MB5417)
Dear Mr. Vanderheyden:
On July 16, 2003, the Commission issued Amendment No. 259 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-53 and Amendment No. 236 to Renewed Facility Operating License DPR-69 for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. These amendments consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application transmitted by letter dated June 11, 2002, as supplemented May 9, 2003, and June 23, 2003.
TS pages 5.6-8 and 5.6-9 as submitted with your letter of May 9, 2003, were inadvertently omitted in the amendment. This was an inadvertent administrative error that did not have any impact on the subject amendments or the NRC staffs findings set forth in the safety evaluation.
Enclosed, please find correct TS pages 5.6-8 and 5.6-9.
