Submittal of Survey Unit Release Records, Plum Brook Reactor Facility, License No. TR-3, Docket No. 50-30, and License No. R-93, Docket No, 50- 185
Dear Mr. Snell:
Enclosed for your review and assessment are electronic copies of completed survey unit release records that have been scanned into PDF Format. The following Survey Unit Release Records for the Sub-Pile Room and the ATS Tunnel are included on one compact disc:
cv-3-1 MA-1-1 MA-1-4 CV-3-2 MA-1-2 MA-1-5 CV-3-3 (SRlOO) MA-1-3 MA-1-6 We are submitting these Survey Unit Release Records as required by License Condition 3.A.4 as we intend to fill these two areas with grout starting on April 15,2008. In our telephone conference call of March 25,2008, you gave verbal concurrence to our plan of grouting of the Sub-Pile room the week of April 15, 2008. In addition, I informed you of our intent to begin grouting of the ATS Tunnel in my email of March 26, 2008. We request your verbal concurrence to proceed with that plan.
