The letter allows for a response to the apparent violation in writing prior to the NRCmaking its enforcement decision. Exelon Generation Company, LLC accepts the apparentviolation of low to moderate safety significance (White) and agrees that the failure is notindicative of current station performance since the deficiency occurred in 2005.
