SUBJECT: ERRATA OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION UNIT 3 - REACTOR PROTECTIVE SYSTEM/ENGINEERED SAFEGUARDS PROTECTIVE SYSTEM (RPS/ESPS) DIGITAL MODIFICATION - U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION INSPECTION REPORT 05000287/2012013 (ML12366A264)
Dear Mr. Gillespie:
The purpose of this errata is to correct the completion date of the inspection associated with Inspection Report 05000287/2012013.
The cover letter and Section 4OA6 (report page 12) of the above inspection report incorrectly identify the inspection completion date as October 9, 2012. Due to follow-up in-office inspection review, the correct completion date should be reflected as November 21, 2012. In addition, the team leader conducted follow-up discussion with Oconee licensing staff on December 20, 2012, to inform them that there would be no changes to previous conclusions. Please replace cover letter (dated December 31, 2012) and Section 4OA6 (page 12) of ML12366A264 with the pages enclosed. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/readingrm/ adams.html (The Public Electronic Reading Room).
