As discuss in the IR, the NRC has exercised enforcement discretion for the violations in accordance w!th the Security Issues Forum Charter. The IR requests STP Nuclear Operating Company notify the NRC of the date when compliance for the violations was achieved along with the method of compliance. The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information for the non-cited violations and contains Security Related Information that should be withheld from public i disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
