Dear Sir:
Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations, Boston Edison Company hereby proposes the following modifications to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-35.
The desired changes are represented as attach-ments A - H to this letter, and in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22 " Schedule of Fees for Facility License Amendments", we cropose that this is a Class IV Amendment, since it incorporated into the proposed amendment. consistsAccordingly,of several pleasechanges of the Class II and III t find a check for the amount of $12,300.00 enclosed with this submittal.
