Dear Mr. Thompson:

We do not anticipate at this time filing application and requests for review, as defined in your 12/5/80 letter, prior to 12/31/83.

Since the Construction Pemit date for Pilgrim 2 is dependent upon the issuance of NRC policy for the resumption of construction permit licensing, we are unable at this time to predict a date for receipt of a Construction Permit for Pilgrim 2 or completion of construction.
