By application dated August 1, 2011, Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant) requested changes to the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant Technical Specifications (TSs) for adoption of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved Technical Specification Task Force(TSTF) - 425, Revision 3, Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control -
RITSTF [Risk-Informed TSTF] Initiative 5b. The NRC staff will need additional information identified in the attached document to complete its review of the application.
Draft request for additional information (RAI) was transmitted to you via e-mail on October 17, 2011 and was discussed during a conference call on October 25, 2011 for clarification purposes. Luminant agreed to provide their response within 30 days from the date of receipt of formal RAIs.
