Shutdown Margin Calculation Mr. Lee, What did the OIG decide regarding whether or not, as Region IVclaims, Callaway Plant had performed a Shutdown Margin Calculation on October 21, 2003 prior to tripping the turbine and relying on Xenon-135 to maintain the reactor subcritical for 106 minutes? Did the OIG decide to look into it? Will anyone ever be following up with me?

Open Door Policy Mr. Bell, If possible, I would like to meet with you and/or Mr. Lee as part of the NRC's Open Door Policy to discuss concerns I have regarding the adequacy of NRC regulations and policies and to gain an understanding of OIG's role in evaluating those policies.
