In Reference 1, NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) submitted License Amendment Request (LAR) 282 that proposed a change to the wording of a Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement. As a result of discussions with the NRC staff, NextEra hereby withdraws LAR 282 as submitted in Reference 1.
This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
