The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to Powertech (USA) Inc.s petition for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision in LBP-17-9, which denied in part and granted in part the Staffs motion for summary disposition of Contentions 1A and 1B. The Memorandum and Order denies review of the Boards decision.
(Subsequently, on July 24, 2018, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
