GENERIC FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION RESULTSOn, March 8, 2006, the NRC administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) sectionof the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Enclosed with this letterare copies of both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of your employees. Please forward theresults to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A "P" in the column labeled RESULTS indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent orbetter on the GFE. Those individuals having an "F" in the RESULTS column failed theexamination.Sincerely,
