Dennis Rathbun: On behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia, I am requesting a Memorandum of Understanding between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Virginia Department of Health for access to the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) with respect to data associated with the North Anna and Surry Nuclear Power Stations located in the Commonwealth. Representatives from the Department of Emergency Management and Dominion Generation, license holders of the two nuclear power stations named above, are aware of our intentions to seek access to the ERDS data from the State Emergency Operations Center. I have been in communication with Tom Kardaras regarding the technical aspects of ERDS. Thanks you for your consideration of my formal request.
