Dear Mr. Stall:
Thank you for your reply dated February 28, 2008, submitted in response to Notice of Violations EA-07-110,113,116,119. As discussed with Mr. T. Jones on March 11, 2008, the corrective actions for these violations will be inspected during a routine baseline inspection. For administrative and time keeping purposes this memorandum will be identified as 05000250/2007403 and 05000251/2007403.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
