HPES.pdf; SRO.pdfGood morning Blake, I called the Davis-Besse inspectors to find out if they finished the inspection report but only got an answering machine, so I don't know if it is finished. Perhaps the petition review board should know that I was qualified to use the INPO method, called the Human Performance Evaluation System in those days, to evaluate performance, such as performance of (licensed) control room operators. And, perhaps the petition review board should know that I held an unconditional Senior Reactor Operator license. Also, let me point out that, in those days, nobody got an SRO before passing all the tests for a Reactor Operator license. I did that, too.
If I could find it right now, I would also include a copy of my Shift Technical Advisor certificate.
