On June 12, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Inspection Report (IR) 05000 346/201 3503 (ML13164A125). The inspection report did not include documentation for an inspection sample that was completed under Inspection Procedure (IP) 71114.08, Exercise Evaluation
- Scenario Review. Please add Section 1 EP8 to the April 24, 201 3, report with the 1 EP8 section which is enclosed. We apologize for any inconvenience to you and your staff.
